Refund policy

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final.

However, if:

  • The item arrives damaged, OR

  • We made an error in production

We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Claim Window

Customers must report issues within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the damage or error.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customer-uploaded low-quality photos

  • Color differences due to screen brightness

  • Customer error (wrong photo uploaded, typo, etc.)

  • Change of mind

No returns or exchanges are accepted unless we made a mistake.
